WELLINGTON PIZZA

This was such a unique pizza. The sauce was a had great taste and the play on the flavors were tasty. The crust on the pizza is pretty hard to beat. It was a very balanced pizza.This will definitely be a repeat.

Seared Diver Scallops

Just returned from a 3-week trip to Europe (Spain, France, Portugal, etc) and don't believe I had a better dinner there than the Seared Diver Scallops entree at The Embers! The scallops were prepared perfectly, the eggplant chip on which they rested was a wonderful surprise, and the beet gelee was an innovative addition, all sitting gently on a medley of fresh peas, asparagus and mushrooms. What a delight! My husband had the dry aged Rockfish, and was equally pleased. We will definitely be back to The Embers!

Seared Diver Scallops

The service was excellent and the food was excellent. There was 8 adults and everyone said their dinners were amazing too. It is a must try, you will not be disappointed.

SEARED DIVER SCALLOPS

The meal from presentation to completion was nothing short of perfection. Our server was exceptionally professional. Dining experience definitely did not disappoint. Will revisit again!
