Local fresh top-neck clams chucked daily and served on the half shell.
Peel & Eat Shrimp
Our shrimp are prepared daily and seasoned with Chesapeake seafood spice.
Raw Oysters on the Half Shell
Fresh oysters, shucked daily and served on the half shell. We source our oysters locally from Maryland, Delaware and Virginia.
Tilapia with Mango Salsa
Tilapia is a mild fish, low in fat, and contains heart healthy omega-3's. Our tilapia is seasoned with Cajun spice and topped with fresh mango salsa a healthy and refreshing recipe complimenting the warm summer months perfectly.
Rib-eye, seasoned to perfection and slow roasted to a medium rare. Our Prime Rib is carved to order and dipped in our House Au Jus. If you prefer your beef more well done, just ask your server and they will have it prepared to your desired temperature.
Sweet and Spicy Chicken
Tempura Battered Chicken Breast is hand-breaded and fried to a golden brown. Fresh steamed broccoli, carrots and baby corn are then tossed in a unique blend of sweet and spicy sauces completing a delightful, Asian inspired dish.
Cheese Tortellini Alfredo
Tortellini stuffed with rich cheese and topped with a creamy Alfredo sauce.

Maryland Crab Soup
A staple item on our buffet: Blue crab meat highlights a plethora of ingredients including sweet yellow corn, fresh potatoes and cabbage, delicately seasoned with crab spices. This tomato based soup is one of Maryland's most famous dishes, and rightfully so.
Hardy romaine lettuce mixed with onions, black olives, tomatoes, pepperoncini, and topped with a low fat Italian dressing.
Fresh Fruit Salad
Freshly cut blend of Cantaloupe, Honeydew Melon, Pineapple and Red Grapes.
Parmesan Pasta Salad
Our homemade recipe combines garden rotini pasta, black olives, onions, Romano cheese and a blend of Italian seasonings.
Crispy hearts of romaine lettuce, shredded Parmesan cheese, tossed in a creamy Caesar dressing topped with home-style garlic croutons.
Onion Rings/French Fries
Onions rings and french fries are just a couple side items that are featured on our buffet. Our onion rings have a thick crispy beer batter on them to ensure they hold temperature on the buffet. Our french fries also have a crispy coating on them to ensure quality from buffet to plate.
Our vegetable medley contains the freshest of produce featuring zucchini, yellow squash, and carrots. All of these vegetables come in fresh daily. They are steamed, seasoned with salt and pepper and lightly tossed in butter. Our cooks clean our vegetables as well as cut our vegetables in house.
Soft Serve Cream Ice Cream with Topping Bar
Our soft serve ice cream is gluten free. We feature vanilla, chocolate, and twist flavors. Don't forget to check out our toppings bar, we have Reese's Pieces, Oreo cookie crumbles, mini M&M's and rainbow sprinkles. Cone or cup, everyone loves ice cream!
Our house-made apple cobbler is served hot and is a delicious finale to a great meal. Try it with our vanilla soft serve ice cream... you will be glad you did!
